      Pros

      You can make a 75K salary for a year without really doing much

      Cons

      The company gives leads to people that they like not who can sell the best. You must kiss upper management's butts to obtain a good lead. You never get a raise EVER...they will tell you this on the interview.

      A good work-life balance, but...

      Pros

      I do think that the company does a really good job with emphasizing having a work-life balance. The company even "awards" you each year for sticking around and it's good even when the market is rough like it is. If one position doesn't stick well you can always move to another within the company!

      Cons

      People who have been working at the company for a while tend to get a little screwed over when it comes to wages. Someone who gets freshly hired gets paid way more than someone who's been with the company for say 5+ years. The workload is pretty demanding, and the people you deal with can cause a significant amount of stress. Also, if you maintain a BoB it can bleed into non-working hours. As for company benefits - I have to constantly fight with the insurance to have them cover anything I actually really need.

      Pros

      PTO and benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Training is horrible, management knows nothing about the job so they are no help. Sink or swim environment. Beware of the Middle Market department in the LA/Brea office. New management came in about 2 years ago and 5 people have left since then, most very tenured.
