Pros

I do think that the company does a really good job with emphasizing having a work-life balance. The company even "awards" you each year for sticking around and it's good even when the market is rough like it is. If one position doesn't stick well you can always move to another within the company!

Cons

People who have been working at the company for a while tend to get a little screwed over when it comes to wages. Someone who gets freshly hired gets paid way more than someone who's been with the company for say 5+ years. The workload is pretty demanding, and the people you deal with can cause a significant amount of stress. Also, if you maintain a BoB it can bleed into non-working hours. As for company benefits - I have to constantly fight with the insurance to have them cover anything I actually really need.

Insperity has done an amazing job of creating a values-driven culture where leaders' decisions and behaviors are in alignment with values. The company cares about employee well-being and making a difference for clients in a way that positively impacts communities.

Cons

Too many layers of management. Compensation is not competitive.
