Pros

Excellent Training and on -boarding. Great team of people. Valued its customers and really wanted to provide good advice and services to their clients. I would personally use them if I had a start up..

Cons

Significant amount of travel and work life balance is not always attained due to the amount of travel.

Pros

All the employees are well-communicated with and all seem to be striving to help the company succeed and help small businesses at the same time.

Cons

Because it grew from such a small business itself, sometimes those ideals get in the way of doing business as such a large corporation.

Pros

Good company with plenty of benefits. Very professional organization with little stress or pressure. Paid time off to volunteer.

Cons

Complacency and little room for advancement in the organization. The company culture is stuck on being kind and is not results driven if you work outside of the sales department. Company culture and values are constantly in the spotlight when it's not necessary. If a company has a great culture there's no reason for the constant reminders.
