      Great Benefits, very good training, Insperity helps its customers to be in compliance and offers great healthcare benefits and performance products. I can't say enough, I enjoyed working here

      Better choice of managers, need consistent managers that promote a healthy work environment and want to encourage their employees succeed

      Pros

      Base package is very fair for this entirely pipeline/meeting setting position. In my time with this company i found management at all levels to be focused on their individual needs-not training not prospect development...they tended to be very self serving. Was hired with 8 other new employees in this office, after 2 years I was the last one left.

      Gossip, rumor mongering, deceptive practices.
