Pros

The culture. Opportunity: for personal growth and the opportunity to work with small business owners who have brought their vision to fruition. Collaboration with other great minds - teammates and business owners alike.

Cons

Advancement opportunities can seem limited unless you look at ways to improve yourself and grow in your current role; other opportunities may arise from your investment in yourself.

Pros

The company has great potential, Paul is a smart man with a forward thinking leadership team. Wonderful team members, very cohesive.

Cons

The potential stops at corporate. Local leadership is no empowerment to initiate goals. Driven by a corporate team has it's cons as well as no local career advancement. Too much like a Dictatorship in the service centers. Morale is low, management must change.

Pros

Fantastic work environment; Excellent talent recruitment; Forward-thinking IT budgets & planning

Cons

There weren't many. As the company started expanding in the two years leading up to the Insperity re-brand, it began to lose the "small-company" attitude & culture that really differentiated it from other Fortune 500 companies.
