      Pros

      The insurance benefits where cheaper than the previous PEO.

      Cons

      Our company decided to move over to this PEO and it was highly disappointing in how far behind they are in technology. Our previous PEO had no issues with something as simple as sending out pay stubs privacy protected thru an individual password for each employee. Insperity on the other hand is just boggled by the request. With over 300,000 reported employees they cant seem to grasp the simplest thing. I do not want to log on to your website to get a simple form.

      Pros

      The culture and benefits are phenomenal. The salary is strong, and the cap out on commission and residuals is endless. I love that I am with my client for the life of their time with Insperity because I get to build true Relationships. I get to sell the best of the best in the business. The most expensive offering to the best buyers who also appreciate culture and understand the importance of their employees.

      Cons

      Job is not easy, but every second is worth it.
