      Pros

      Good Benefits/Good People/Work/Life Balance...The basic 2 weeks of classroom training you'll receive, in addition to the on-line training does provide a basic foundation to get started...That's about it.

      Cons

      Lack of competence at the District Manager level. Outside of core markets their is little support. If your looking to advance your career beyond the individual contributor level, your options are extremely limited. There's much better companies out there, take a pass on this one!

      Good training and nice perks for sales people

      Cons

      Highly political, there is clear favoritism that have an easier time with inbound (corporate leads) while other sales reps struggle.

      Pros

      Everything is great, set up for success, awesome benefits. Plenty of opportunities for career growth if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      A lot of gossip and speculation plus a lack of privacy by a good amount of co-workers (non-management). Can unexpectedly change your pay from hourly to salary resulting in a large pay cut then acts as if they were not aware of what you make. Gives ultimatums if there is a disagreement.
