      Pros

      The company cares about employees. They provide great support and training. the corporate culture is unprecedented. The expectations on performance are high but the proper tools and support are provided to give everyone the opportunity to succeed. Great corporate culture.

      Cons

      Product and service is extremely complex and expensive. Sometimes it's difficult to sell in some markets because the owner either can't afford it or doesn't understand the concept; therefore the value proposition is diminished.

      Pros

      Good PTO, Excellent benefits, friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Insperity has changed over the years and not for the best. They started hiring alot of outside people for management positions who are not people friendly and treat you like you haven't been here for over 5 years already. Micromanagement is the new ongoing theme.There is lack of concern for employees and the morale is at a all time low.

      We are given time to ramp up our business.

      Cons

      It is a long and sometimes difficult sales cycle. Sales Manager wasn't involved in helping to bring on new business (prospecting, speaking at events)...they just managed the sales people through one-on-ones and old school sales techniques.
