      Pros

      The culture is great at Administaff. Benefits are great, plenty of time off, you are rewarded for volunteer work, they make t-shirts on occassion for teams to wear. It's a generally happy place to work.

      Cons

      There is a lot of office politics here. While the majority of the upper management are men, the majority of the rest of the employees are women, which can cause cattiness at times. Overall, the benefits outweigh the negatives.

      Professional environment, most employees are genuine in their desire to help clients succeed, strong PTO program contributes to work/life balance

      Cons

      high price compared to competitors makes it more challenging to acquire and retain clients, the target market is smaller than a typical PEO
