Pros

Lots of time off, good benefits

Cons

Too conservitive, a leader in the PEO space, but it won't be for too many more years. Unwilling to make the investment necessary to become a large professional company. Management is very haphazard and entrepenuriel - which equates to no long-term strategy and poor communication across business units. Very siloed.

Pros

Services I am proud to associate with my name, quality of my co-wokers professionalism, the quality of the work enviornment, the type of work I do. I am able to apply my 22 years of Human Resources/Business experience in effective support of small businesses; we give them an experienced HR support staff, from the time they sign on as an Administaff Client, that creates a competative edge in their marketplace.

Cons

Pay is only average. Really, that is all.

Pros

Generous benefits including substantial PTO and 401(k) matching. The company is interested in employees and their family's well-being. Very interested in employee's personal and professional education. Team based environment with substantial support from management. The company sponsors a variety of contests aimed at engaging employees and keeping them interested in the company, their jobs and their co-workers. They have everything from "brand" contests to our own "Admini-loser" weight loss contest. The company is very volunteer-oriented and provides time off each month to volunteer and will match contributions of charitable donations.

Cons

Very focused on metrics, which isn't all bad. Unfortunately some of the metrics are misleading and teams are held responsible for concerns out of their control. You must "drink the Kool-Aid" - and all the food they feed you consists of carbs.
