If an internal recruiter from Insperity reaches out to you, run away.!!..do not walk. Very misleading with the expectations, especially regarding realistic income....the only ones making 6-figures are the BPAs that have been there a few years and that is mainly due to their residuals...and this is also the opinion of dozens & dozens of other BPAs I have spoken with throughout the country (at conferences & training)...incredibly high turnover!...most leave between 1 to 2.5 years after realizing you will not make anywhere close to the money you're told you'll make or expect to make...incredible daily/weekly pressure to set appts ("discovery calls") and collect Business Profiles (to present pricing)...a level of micromanaging that I wouldn't wish on anyone!!...all meeting & calls with prospects are "splits" with very tenured BPAs who typically runs most of the calls...that part was fine as the sale is very complex and it takes years to get good...the bottom line is that businesses are extremely reluctant to change both payroll providers & medical benefit carriers (to UHC) at the same time, which is their core business model
