Pros

Insperity gives you the tools and resources to be successful. I've worked for two other top competitors and the culture at Insperity is second to none. The leadership is excellent, they support you every step of the way.

Cons

None that I can think of. If you're new to sales then you'll have to really grind to see success.

Pros

Decent balance in remote/office work, great medical benefits, up to 6% 401k match, family forward values, great job security, large amount of community involvement/VTO can be used for volunteering at events at your childs school etc. They always hire open positions from within before looking at outside applications which can make it difficult to get into the company initially but becomes an asset to you as an employee. If you find yourself in an area that does not speak to you, there are many opportunities for change and advancement without going outside of the company. Employee referrals go a long way in hiring outside of the company. They go above and beyond to support employees when they are facing any crisis.

Cons

In my opinion, based on the nature of duties and workload, this could be a mostly if not fully remote position. There is limited room for advancement in this specific department which can cause a higher volume of internal transfers/turnover.
