Good salary, great benefits, some very nice people

Cons

Senior management is out of touch with the marketplace and the way the economy has affected their client base and target client base. This makes is difficult to retain current business, and even more difficult to compete for new business.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are good. It is very clear an easy to understand. The service people are some of the best of the best. Good national presence public company. Good infrastructure and support

Cons

There is cronyism to the nth degree. There is favoritism. Clearly a male dominated culture. The bundles service offering lends itself to unethical behaviour whil management clearly chooses to look the other way. The technology is old and behind all major competitors.

Lots of time off, good benefits

Cons

Too conservitive, a leader in the PEO space, but it won't be for too many more years. Unwilling to make the investment necessary to become a large professional company. Management is very haphazard and entrepenuriel - which equates to no long-term strategy and poor communication across business units. Very siloed.
