Pros

Good company culture, top leadership appears to care about the employees.

Cons

No leads provided, company expects sales people to sell their friends and family, and cold call on their own to sell. The sales cycle is very long and once sold the implementation can take even longer. You are not paid until the client is fully implemented. It could take 6 months to get paid on a deal after you close it. Once you do get paid the commission is not worth the effort it took to close the deal. Very hard to make any money. The implementation process is very hard and demanding on the clients.

Horrible Management

Pros

Great Company and great leadership just not good supervisors.

Cons

Horrible managment, low pay for what you have to put up with. Now this is with management in the the Brea Middle Market accounts. The supervisor only cares about herself and how she looks does not support her team at all. She does not have your back at all. Always left her Dallas employees out of the fun activities that came up with the company.

Pros

Company holidays and perks if you know the right people or work in the correct department you can manage. It's who you know not what.

Cons

Horrible work life balance you have PTO but can neve take it and if you do you have a crazy workload to come back to with a horrible back up system. No leadership support they do not know payroll and do not help when slammed. They do not support you training is reading and does not set you up for success. The pay is lower then industry standards and your work load is heavy . System is old and out dated very slow. You have double the work when someone goes on vacation and heavy payrolls makes the system so slow and glitch. They need to hire more people and get an updated system. Payroll is treated as the lowest on the food chain. no outside training or training that helps you advance no incentives to motive your improvement and the leaders bullies and send negativity rather than empower. You must be in the click to prosper or you just maintaining the same dreadful workload overworked underpaid and uneducated on the new advances for payroll.
