Pros

The company will lure you in with good compensation and great benefits. You'll have "some" good team members. Support from HQ is great when you have a need. Training is extensive. Your "real" friends will be training class.

Cons

The solution is very expensive. The highest cost in the market makes this impossible to sell. Your manager will support you but also protect themselves from anything you do or say incorrectly. If you aren't part of the other team members' clique, then you will be forced out over time. Backstabbing instructions are on the bulletin board in the office. They'll report you for anything you say, so keep to yourself if you accept the role.
