Pros

Good work/ life balance, generous PTO, excellent benefits, good training, premiere service provider in industry.

Cons

Premiere service provider in industry makes it difficult to sell, difficult to make good $$ unless you are part of the chosen few, constantly have to discount our fee which makes it difficult to make good $$, RM has his select few that are fed with leads, some Managers lead by intimidation. Some Managers need to learn the following: praise in front of the group and criticize behind closed doors.

Pros

It's a great a service that you're selling. Insperity is a great company to work with overall. Great base salary, benefits, and work-life balance. That being said you must work very hard if you plan to succeed. 100% prospecting for all business. Cold calls, door to door, networking, etc.

Cons

Unfortunately, Insperity does not always practice what they preach. Although they help companies run better - they have not been able to apply this theory to their own sales-force. Poor management choices is their downfall. Really poor management choices. Very little support and professionalism - at best. The revolving door is a perfect example.

Pros

Good company with plenty of benefits. Very professional organization with little stress or pressure. Paid time off to volunteer.

Cons

Complacency and little room for advancement in the organization. The company culture is stuck on being kind and is not results driven if you work outside of the sales department. Company culture and values are constantly in the spotlight when it's not necessary. If a company has a great culture there's no reason for the constant reminders.
