Client loads are very high and pay is very low. Little opportunity for advancement if you're not located in Kingwood. I used to see a future at this company but after all the changes in the last couple years, it's clear putting more money in our CEO's pocket is the highest priority. The company says that everything we do is centered on our clients, but if you asked out clients, they would say we're becoming more difficult to work with.

Really tough industry with a lot of competition and you better know how to sell value. Many competitors are cheaper but they're cheaper for a reason
