      Pros

      Exciting growth and history of where the company has accomplished

      Cons

      Training for new people is terrible. The culture is talked about but not practiced. The salary structure is no where near the competition. (Do research and don’t accept first offer) They offer HR so you would think their own HR department would be cutting edge - the leadership is all about nepotism and favorites. D & I only in place not practiced.

      Flexible Work Schedules Some Managers are great On the surface, looks like a great company

      Cons

      Great company- if you're white Very low salary and bonuses and troubling comp strategy. They misclassify job titles so they can under pay for a role. Then the role will slowly grow into a higher level role that you soon are underpaid for completing Unconscious Biases throughout manager and leadership levels

      Pros

      -office is friendly, welcoming, campus is steady growing with cool new buildings -very good benefits -visible and accessible leadership -easy to make connections in other departments -opportunity for growth -company promotes the importance of family and work life balance

      Cons

      -nepotism reigns supreme and can be somewhat clique-y -in some departments, you can be targeted if you disrupt "the norm" -opportunity for growth can be tiny increments, unless you're "in" with the right cliques -pay is not competitive at all -hr is not trustworthy -company seems to provide "perks" to negate competitive wages
