      Great benefits, no doubt. That's about it.

      Cons

      1 out of 8 people make money. They hire new people to get them to introduce opportunities, then when you don't make money you leave or they dump you. Insane hands on management. Absolutely no reason to work in sales at this place.

      Pros

      Good exposure to HR issues that you may not have experienced in other HR roles. They are trying to make positive changes to systems and processes, but some of them take years to happen. There is a generous PTO plan and holidays offered. Theres good intentions from a corporate level to create a good culture but its difficult to see that in your own team. Processes and documentation created to help you do your job.

      Cons

      A very heavy client load with high expectations & turnaround times to meet client needs/demands. Many struggle to use PTO and take time off. You can sense burnout among team members in client facing roles like HR and Payroll. There are different expectations in turnaround times for internal vs client facing roles, so client facing roles often have to manage upset clients while waiting for answers. Dated technology and processes create barriers to doing your job effectively. High turnover makes it difficult to balance workloads and leads to lots of errors and frustration among teammates. Salaries are lower than market and you can expect a 2-3% merit increase annually.
