      Very Supportive Sales Management

      Pros

      There is so much to learn with Insurance. Management does an excellent job coaching each person and rewarding them for their success with recogniton. Training is some of the best in the industry. The products offered are first class and can help many people. Helping others is one of the best rewards you will experience with an insurance career.

      Cons

      The provided sales leads are not always the best. You will need financial resources to purchase leads and support your efforts building clients. It can cost you more than what you make for the first few years. If you find that this is not your passion ,you may find yourself paying them when you or they terminate the contract.

      Something about it seemed like a scam

      Pros

      A young inexperienced person who wants to learn cold calling and living on commission should work at Insphere

      Cons

      Company seemes to much like Bankers Life which is a scam. The comment someone made about not knowing names is right on. The lady at the job fair they were at could care less what my name was and never asked it but set up an interview , which I cancelled.

      No start up costs. No cost leads. Early Incentive bonuses. Peer coaching. Consultative selling approach, clients are often willing to refer you.

      Cons

      Health Insurance commisions are small. Uncertainty around 2014 healthcare changes. Getting clients underwritten can be challenging. Lead sources are very inconsistent.
