Pros

Great products that fit a variety of circumstances and people

Cons

100% commission, have to buy your own benefits, training is sporadic. should probably either maintain a part time job or have at least 2 referral networks going into the company.

Pros

Control your own schedule and they will literally hire anyone with a heartbeat.

Cons

Extremely delayed compensation to match the worst residual income comp plan in the entire industry. This company is about one thing only - their stock price. They are literally a revolving door to new agents which is perfectly fine by them. The name of their game is writing agents, and they only need new reps to write one piece of business to help their stock price. When the agent leaves, the account is orpaned and the company owns the policy. Absolute worst agency in the industry.
