      Pros

      have great technology and training. they are huge on recognition and awards. take off whenever you choose because it is a 100% commission job

      Cons

      commissions are low. with the "Obama Care" health insurance careers are comming to a schreeching hault. They have way to many issues with upper management and your income is based largly on bonuses if you can hit the numbers

      Good Stock opportunity, backed by the largest private equity players in the world attempting to build industry leader in Insurance Sales. Broad range of products

      Cons

      Health Insurance focused, lots of hierarchy taking commission bites. Lots of new agents and must get past companies checkered past history and reputation.
