Pros

This place used to be great. Lots of employee perks, like leaving early before holidays, quarterly or annual bonuses. Used to be able to adjust your schedule to run to a doctors appointment and make up your hours before the week was out.

Cons

All our bonuses and perks have been taken from us. There is no leaving early or adjusting your schedule to make time for life outside of work. They took away half of our student loan repayment benefit, and now I don’t know what I’m going to do financially when repayment begins again. I Guess get a part time job because this place doesn’t care at all.

Oh, you absolutely matter! Our employees are the most critical part of our success as a company, so certainly don’t want it to feel like we are not appreciating what really matters, our people and the clients we serve! That said, I know change is hard, especially if you’ve been with us a long time. We’ve grown from 400 to 1500 employees within the last 12 months, and when you grow overnight like we have (and will continue to do) we have to change the way we operate. We’re becoming a much bigger company! And with more people there becomes a need for more guidelines and more process. If you need an accommodation for a doctors appointment, of course that’s not a hard and fast ‘no’, please reach out to our benefits team to assist! And you can always call me to chat 1:1 – I’d be more than happy to share how these decisions were made, and get your thoughts on how we can move forward in a way that feels good for our employees. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us thus far, and looking forward to all the exciting things that are next!! - Karyn DeFalco, Chief People Officer

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Millennium are the people! The teamwork! The willingness to help those employees that are new. I like it here so far and I look forward to watching the growth of the company from the inside. It is great to work at a place that welcome your ideas and not make you feel as though you're stepping on someone's toes by being intelligent and pro-active.

Cons

I haven't witnessed for myself any "cons", but I will say that one of my many goals is assisting this company in being the best in the business as it relates to world class in Corporate safety!
