Pros

Their benefits package is ok. I literally just sat here for about 5 minutes and that's all I could come up with.

Cons

There is so much going on under the surface that by the time you realize it, they already have you hooked in. There is interdepartmental arguing, employee and department sabotage from both within and between departments, communication issues, etc. And the lies you will hear are insane. Depends on who gives you the info as to which story you will hear and what level of truth it contains. And the last reviewer is so correct about the CFO not being a proper HR department. Seriously, it is called HUMAN resources and the CFO is anything but! I don't know that I ever saw her smile. The better you can kiss up, play games and manipulate, the more you will succeed there. For example, if you are late every day and lie on your time sheet that you are there on time, you will probably get a raise AND a promotion as long as you fit their mold. But if you happen to be someone who tells the truth, WATCH YOUR BACK! And by all means, do not, whatever you do, do not go out of your way to help a client. That kind of thing is absolutely discouraged. If someone in a department is in a bad mood that day, the client could end up paying through the nose because fees are left up to individuals and not regulated by management at all. Who ever heard of such a thing? So glad to be out of there! On to bigger and better things, THANK GOD!!

Pros

Health insurance, 401K, PTO, and sometimes you get free food.

Cons

1.) Metric-tracking system (ControlIQ):  Management requires manual entry of completed tasks into ControlIQ, which interrupts workflow. Constant manual logging in ControlIQ adds significant stress and anxiety. For example, I was expected to complete hundreds of security reviews while simultaneously monitoring two to three other applications, which forces nonstop context switching and breaks concentration. That cognitive load slows actual work, increases error risk, and makes meeting throughput targets feel impossible without rushing. Because entries directly affect perceived productivity, there’s constant fear of being flagged for arbitrary shortfalls—which leads people to work faster (and sometimes longer) just to avoid negative reviews. The result is persistent tension during the day, reduced focus on quality, and an ongoing sense of being micromanaged rather than supported. 2.) No separate sick leave: Sick days must be taken from PTO. When I used legitimate sick days I was called into disciplinary meetings, and they appeared to negatively affect my performance review despite having the required PTO and working a full year without absences. 3.) Toxic management and inconsistent treatment: Some managers and leads behaved unprofessionally, with instances of yelling and uneven treatment of employees. This created a stressful atmosphere and inconsistent enforcement of policies. 4.) Office politics/backstabbing: Don't trust the managers. 5.) Bonuses only for the managers.
