      Super fast and painless interview process

      I had my first interview with a super friendly recruiter on a Thursday, and three more interviews the following week with an offer by Friday! The staff that I interviewed shared their perspective on the growth potential of this company which truly excited me.

      Cons

      As of right now, there are no cons. Best interview process I have ever been a part of.

      Growing and Improving Every Year

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly, going from a very small unknown company just a few years ago to a larger more well-known company, and it's exciting to be a part of that journey. As part of its growth, management has invested more in the company's benefits, culture, career opportunities, and more, each and every year that I've been here (five years!) and it's clear management wants that trend to continue.

      Cons

      This is not a large, global company with unlimited resources and infinite career opportunities. If you want to work for a huge company and all that comes with it, then Millennium is not the company for you. At their current growth, they might be there soon though!
