      Pros

      You're fellow engineers will be talented and skilled.

      Cons

      You'll be working with a broken development environment most of the time, You'll be constantly at odds with the overengineered code. At best you'll scrape by, at worst your manager will inadvertently show you that engineers half as experienced as you get paid more than you.

      Growing and fast pace company, good teammates

      Cons

      Evolving culture but with fragmented, long hours and unrealistic deadlines, constant pressure, limited positive recognition. Bonus program is unclear and was told the company had an excellent year but did not get 100% of bonus
