Pros

Friendly co-workers. Some areas are better managed than others. Growing firm with some opportunities for advancement. Good benefits.

Cons

The Alternatives Client Service area used to be a good place to work, but due to recent restructure and management changes, it is the now one of the worst areas to work in and turnover is high. The teams feel very unsupported by their manager who is uncaring and only focused on herself. Tension between the teams has been brewing as they all feel ignored by the manager. The workloads are high. The company is not focused on the clients, has very frequent operations issues, errors and missed deadlines. The technology is very outdated.

We are glad to see you find the workforce friendly and you see the progress we are making to create opportunities for career advancement. We still have a great deal of work to do on the employee experience and this is why we take all feedback very seriously. The last two years, we have invested a great deal of training and tools to help develop our People Leaders. As you are aware, all People Leaders at Millennium Trust now go through formal leadership training. This training focuses on developing leaders to create an engaged workforce and better support our internal and external clients. Training is not the only solution as we continue to look at other ways to improve the employee experience and be a great place to work for all employees. We do hope you have seen overall cultural improvements in your last three years at Millennium Trust. Pros

Company has just undergone a major revamping in the way of a new vision statement and values. A fast growing company.

Cons

Still some backward thinking in regards to taking care of employees, time will tell if this goes away due to new vision of company.
