This is a company that is continuing to grow, so there are a tremendous amount of learning and career growth opportunities. Employees, including management, are friendly and respectful of others. The culture is diverse and well-represented. Pay is competitive. There is also the option to work from home, if needed.
Cons
The benefits could be better, but I expect them to become more of a focus as the company grows.
