Pros
Good hours, and some of the people are great to work with.
Cons
Very little room for advancement in the company. Supervisors and teams leads should not be in their positions, they were put in their positions based on how much they kissed up and who was a favorite. The pay isn't good, they micro manage and overwork those who they see could keep up with their work. They do not split work up evenly between people on the team, gets stressful and overwhelming.
