Terrible leadership and direction

Pros

Small Organization. CEO had a great vision but wrong leadership to oversee his direction.

Cons

I initially joined this company based on the exceptional employee reviews I encountered. Unfortunately, a subsequent change in leadership resulted in the establishment of a toxic and discriminatory work environment. New hires were provided with minimal or no training, being expected to grasp everything immediately. Leadership exhibited inappropriate behavior, including yelling and differential treatment towards women. Despite multiple reports submitted to the Human Resources department, no effective action was taken; instead, those who courageously spoke the truth were reprimanded. Employees with disabilities faced unfair criticism for not meeting unrealistic expectations, particularly those related to working excessive hours beyond a reasonable capacity. The overall experience felt like witnessing the internal sabotage of the company's well-being. I don't believe the CEO and CFO have any idea how bad their employees have been treated or even realize what has been going on. Many employees have left or were wrongfully terminated.

Horribly Managed

Pros

Good benefits and pay is competitive to the current market of similar jobs.

Cons

RS Client Services is the worst department. Please do not work here. You are required to be on the phone and required to notify them when you need to use the bathroom or do anything aside from being on the phone. They micromanage you as if you are a child. If you are off the phone for more than 5 min you receive emails and chats from management asking why you aren’t on the phone. They push and push you to give more and only appreciate you if you stay over time. The rules change every day in an attempt to bring call volumes down however they refuse to hire more reps to service the massive amounts of calls they receive. Because the reps are overworked, there is no way of showing their value for promotion. They promote individuals who do not deserve it and stunt the growth of everyone else by creating expectations that are almost unattainable. They ask for total accountability from reps yet management refuses to listen nor change their tactics. It’s sorely mismanaged and the only reason they get positive reviews is they bribe the employees to tell clients to review them good.
