I am an employee of Millennium Trust Company. As I have worked for many Financial institutions in my working career, I have never been able to say I am working for a company that truly cares about you and cares about the client. Every employee i have met was so caring and truly wanted to listen to you and get to know you personally. The upper management is supreme and just so caring and willing to work with you no matter the situation. All in all I cannot express how good it is to finally have found my career in a company that cares for you.

MTC is an organization that is growing tremendously and the growth is the result of strong leadership and collaborative effort across all teams. To support the growth, the company has been investing a lot in technology and people. There are several portals and platforms deployed to automate the processes and provide the best possible client experience. A formal internship program was initiated and fresh college grads are being hired through this program. The warm and fun culture is the key to attracting many employees coming from different walks of life. We celebrate every occasion; have fun luncheons, game days, early dismissals, and lavish year-end parties. The company offers a lot of potential for individual growth by recognizing the work and allowing intra-department transfers. As an employee working in Operations, I can vouch that management expects quality in work and strives constantly to support their employees by removing any bottlenecks.
