Pros

Millennium goes above and beyond when it comes to working with employees on their personal and professional goals. The culture at Millennium is extremely team oriented and inclusive; management has done a great job of ensuring that everyone has a voice in the company. They listen to employees and work with them to achieve their goals, always providing feedback along the way. We all celebrate when the team wins in achieving excellence for our customers and hard work at any level of the organization definitely gets noticed. The company has been growing very quickly over the past few years which provides employees an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, doing meaningful work that is intellectually stimulating, and solving complex problems to make sure that we are providing the best level of service to our customers. On top of all of this, Millennium has great benefits and competitive compensation. Opportunity here for hard workers is endless.

Cons

The downside to growing quickly is that sometimes things can feel a bit unorganized and efficient communication among different teams and layers of the organization can suffer as a result. It comes with the territory but might not be suitable for some.

Pros

Next month, I'll celebrate my 10 year anniversary. Pros - I've been able to grow as the company grows. My role has expanded and changed over time. I've been able to use a variety of my talents and feel I'm able to make a large contribution to the firm. Today, I mentor newer staff members. There are many others who started roughly when I did, too . The people are great to work with and learn from. My pay has moved along nicely, too. Love the location near the expressways. My son asked recently if I liked my job and I have to say I really love what I do and the people I'm with each and every day.

Cons

Not many, really.

Pros

None. This place is toxic.

Cons

No HR Director, sorry, but the CFO is not an HR Director. The company is run as though it was a 10 employee company not a 170+. Many of us were harassed and bullied daily. Supervisors and Team Leads have mirrors up to spy on their subordinates. Supervisors and Managers are not trained. Reviews were unfair and inaccurate. Young male employees are promoted via "old boys network" without formal announcement of new positions, suddenly a 25 yo male moves from Admin to Sr Admin to Sup in less than 2 years, while females are ignored at best, harassed and bullied at worst. The Female to Male ratio is about 7:3. This company has a lot of unhappy customers, because they do not communicate the fee schedule well to customers and the computer system goes down regularly and is inaccurate, a lot. I also saw some very unethical handling of client accounts. The computer system allows for constant errors: trades, statements, tax reporting. Many functions are completely manual, because the system is incapable to handle. The company is cheap, cheap, cheap! Unless you are desperate, DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE! Life is too short.
