Market average for similar role/experience = $120K - $148K Preferred experience = 5-7 years My experience = 10 years Cons: Salary that is 66% less than market average. No bonus or incentives. Highly demanding, unclear, and complex job duties. No clear vision or strategic plan in place. Salary that is $20-$48K below market average.

      Cons

      Micro management is bad here and even when you're doing well you are nit picked with every small detail. Very little understanding regarding sickness or child care issues.
