Millennium Trust truly cares about their employees. Your voice matters here and you aren’t just a number. They have done a great job with D&I initiatives and continue to find ways to diversify leadership and ensure more Women are in C level suite roles. The company is growing and has really done an amazing job at being a financial wellness company. The new CEO Dan is great, he is friendly, personable and wants everyone to grow. I’m truly impressed with this company and the direction it is heading!

Cons

I truly don’t have anything negative to say as I enjoy working here but with any company that is growing, I would say sometimes change can be challenging but they do a good job at handling this.

For the first time in my career I know what it is to work in a culture of positivity. Coming from a past "Stay in your lane" company I was blown away by the fact that they value your opinions and ideas, want to implement them, and leverage that success towards upward mobility. Very thankful to have found this company.

Cons

It is a new company in the sense that there are acquisitions and new products offered consistently, this can cause growing pains, I am the type of person that loves to rise to a challenge and doesn't necessarily see that as a con.
