Great benefits and PTO, flexible with wfh or in-office, great committees to join, teams and upper management encourages and prepares teammates for certifications and continuing education, lots of company wide collaboration days and fun events.

Cons

Low pay compared to competitors, some siloing that causes disconnect between 2 departments

Pay is way below market. Management needs consistency in training throughout different departments Interview process was rather lengthy--took several months. Company culture and inclusion was lacking
