Come here for a paycheck or experience but it's not somewhere to stay

Pros

Depending on the role you can be completely remote or have a hybrid schedule and you get work experience but this isn't somewhere you come to stay.

Cons

The wrong people are in leadership positions. Employees are underpaid and under appreciated. The company's culture is all for show as its not actually implemented by management or senior leadership and with all the senior leadership changes that have happened in the last couple years the company is going down the toilet.
