      Pros

      I found my 4 years at Millennium Trust to be a terrific experience. The Rollover Solutions Group is a very tight-knit, committed group of people accompanied by great leadership. Because of the continued growth of the business, a lot is expected from employees. However, it was a very fun place to work.

      The firm can probably do a better job growing the business development/sales side of the company to handle the growth

      The company is at least growing

      Cons

      Very behind in technology. Management is smothering. They question everything you do and do not trust their employees! They tell you to do something, forget they told you, question why you did it and then tell you it's wrong. If you have a 4-year degree you're overqualified. Staff and leaders are incompetent. The compensation is just terrible.

      I am an employee of Millennium Trust Company. As I have worked for many Financial institutions in my working career, I have never been able to say I am working for a company that truly cares about you and cares about the client. Every employee i have met was so caring and truly wanted to listen to you and get to know you personally. The upper management is supreme and just so caring and willing to work with you no matter the situation. All in all I cannot express how good it is to finally have found my career in a company that cares for you.
