Pros

MTC is an organization that is growing tremendously and the growth is the result of strong leadership and collaborative effort across all teams. To support the growth, the company has been investing a lot in technology and people. There are several portals and platforms deployed to automate the processes and provide the best possible client experience. A formal internship program was initiated and fresh college grads are being hired through this program. The warm and fun culture is the key to attracting many employees coming from different walks of life. We celebrate every occasion; have fun luncheons, game days, early dismissals, and lavish year-end parties. The company offers a lot of potential for individual growth by recognizing the work and allowing intra-department transfers. As an employee working in Operations, I can vouch that management expects quality in work and strives constantly to support their employees by removing any bottlenecks. There is a genuine concern for people and to make their time at work to be as pleasant as possible. If you are a hardworking individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, this place is for you!

Cons

There was no formal training until last year and many employees wanted to really learn. Last year this need was addressed by starting a beta version of training named MT University, which offered good on-the-job training. It was very successful. Many employees attended these classes and benefited from them. This will need to be further developed to offer formal career paths for the employees. Overall there is a high interest in the management to want to retain their employees and see them grow.

Pros

Millennium goes above and beyond when it comes to working with employees on their personal and professional goals. The culture at Millennium is extremely team oriented and inclusive; management has done a great job of ensuring that everyone has a voice in the company. They listen to employees and work with them to achieve their goals, always providing feedback along the way. We all celebrate when the team wins in achieving excellence for our customers and hard work at any level of the organization definitely gets noticed. The company has been growing very quickly over the past few years which provides employees an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, doing meaningful work that is intellectually stimulating, and solving complex problems to make sure that we are providing the best level of service to our customers. On top of all of this, Millennium has great benefits and competitive compensation. Opportunity here for hard workers is endless.

Cons

The downside to growing quickly is that sometimes things can feel a bit unorganized and efficient communication among different teams and layers of the organization can suffer as a result. It comes with the territory but might not be suitable for some.
