Pros

The people at Millennium are fantastic. They are generous with their time, and very energetic. The work is exciting, and the company is growing at a quick pace, which creates opportunity. The people really go above and beyond--to service their clients, and to help their coworkers.

Cons

That fast growth can cause some growing pains. It is still a relatively young company, and lots of processes and systems need to be put in place to accommodate that growth. But the company is aware of that, and investing in infrastructure and staff.

Pros

This is a company that is continuing to grow, so there are a tremendous amount of learning and career growth opportunities. Employees, including management, are friendly and respectful of others. The culture is diverse and well-represented. Pay is competitive. There is also the option to work from home, if needed.

Cons

The benefits could be better, but I expect them to become more of a focus as the company grows.
