      Company has experienced changes in Leadership (CEO retired) and financial support, which will support its strong growth forecast.

      Cons

      The company is aware that a certain level of structure is needed to support its rapid growth rate and is hiring in multiple areas. This is not necessarily a Con, but they may experience a couple of rough spots while certain alignments take place.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Most of the people are pleasant to be around. I don't have a 20 word minimum to put here which is required in order to submit.

      Cons

      Absolutely no career path Managers don't manage Managers only provide oversight when there is a fire drill and most of the time the manager orchestrated the fire drill Trust system can't handle many of the processes Lack of internal audit controls Staff tries to be proactive but then is stifled by their (sluggish) manager
