The pay is the best I've ever been paid. My team is great. I work with supportive individuals. Inspira is expanding their brand and growing. I am happy to be part of this organization. We are treated well.

No over time unless approved in my department (hey that's not THAT bad)

Work/life balance. Great place to learn and gain lots of experience. Good opportunities to transfer to other positions.

Cons

Pay isn't very competitive. Salary increases have been decreasing within last few years. They are also making lots of cuts to employee benefits. There have been layoffs which means more work with less competent staff. Merger with Underwood (Woodbury) Hospital has created lots of stress and division between SJH employees and Underwood employees. Woodbury is treated better than everyone else because management is too worried about upsetting them so instead they upset and demand more of the SJH employees.
