Formerly a Small hospital with lifelong employees, making change a bit difficult. Unionized. Pay dues whether you sign up or not- Understaffed.

Good teamwork among the RN’s.. On my floor there were plenty of experienced RN’s to learn from and they were more than willing to teach.

Cons

Sometimes understaffed when it comes to the aides.. Difficult to reach certain doctors when you need them.
