Pros

Benefits are what should be expected but nothing outstanding. Depending on the plan chosen, employees are forced to receive care from employer to get a higher benefit.

Cons

Employees are considered just a number and not looked at individually. Salaries are based on job title and not responsibilities, which can be quite vast considering the hiring process takes so long that few do the work of many without compensation for long periods of time. Constant restructuring of staff which results in feelings of job insecurity. Top heavy in executive management and organizational chiefs.
