Pros

Flexibility. Food & Ice-creams , wings two yearly outings

Cons

Two Taxes deducted , - The ANSR & The inspire brands - Salary Glitch. Catsiesm is real in here ! phew !!! across professional life. The hike cycle was postponed to 17 months U -turn just 1 month before appraisals. Fedex and other kind of scamming of employers by employee. They mass hired due to a horny unprofessional senior employee , who has also seeking advantage on women. they fired a very good chunk of employee in order to cover themselves from getting fired . worst work life balance
