Pros

Good people work at Inspire. Everyone is supportive of one another. Inspire has honest, caring people and the employess are always giving to help those without- even when they have no money to give. Inspire is a really nice place to work.

Cons

We work in the not-for profit sector so the employer can't afford to pay us much. My salary is paid for by Medicaid dollars and Medicaid is always looking to take money away. We often work overtime on a forty hour salary.
