      Many employees haven’t worked in healthcare before and that will give anyone with a good background an opportunity to shine

      Cons

      Very poor management. High turnover. Founding surgeon cares more about social media hits than anything.

      They did pay for our medical. Safe harbor 401k though they don't tell you about it.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment No real HR to deal with One side of the business is trying to screw over the other Medical staff cares about patients while the rest sees them as $$$

      Pros

      Inspired Spine will invest in you as an employee! I have had the opportunity to grow within the company and explore new leadership roles as well! The employees here care SO MUCH about our patients it is heart warming. I know that when I go to work everyday, my patients are in the best hands from start to finish. The OLLIF and SIJ procedures are truly life altering. This job gives you the chance to see the change you make in their lives.

      Cons

      You will invest your heart into this company, our patients and all that we stand for! It's not really a Con, more of a just be prepares! :)
