Nice team, directly work at Microsoft campus, free working style with little supervision.

Cons

It deserves a five star if Inspur can offer a better compensation.

flat, you have chance to communicate with the higher management. flexible, you have a lot of space when you work

Cons

poor compensation no internal process, expect all kinds of delay on pretty much everything.
