      Demanding Environment - great fit for people that like to be challenged.

      Pros

      We are architects, builders of digital solutions, that solve complex problems for some of the largest retailers in the world. Great no nonsense culture, not political, but your typical get it done mentality... Fast pace environment. We deploy often. We improve with every sprint.

      Cons

      Its not for everyone, we inherited an application in need of serious refactoring, and are doing so. Its challenging work, but is work worth doing if its not?

      * Small community indeed you get to know your co-workers very well. * Tech stack is constantly improving and management is very open to feedback on better technologies and tools. * "Town Hall" style meetings monthly to review the business performance and outlook which is great for those wanting to feel secure about the landscape outlook in the near term. * Hard working smart folks that want to improve themselves * Management always looking for suggestions to improve * Moved to fully remote workplace

      Cons

      * The user story management system is handled well, I just wish there was better structure in the way sprints are handled. Once a sprint is defined no new stories should go into sprints unless we take something else out to keep the scope from ballooning.

      - Great health care benefits - 401(k) match - Generous PTO policy -Competitive Pay

      Cons

      -Before COVID IME hosted company get-togethers, which are missed. However, they are working on implementing more virtual activities to try and fill that void.
