      Company has grown significantly every year for the past 5+ years The fast growth presents new and fun challenges to solve daily You can gain diverse experience and career growth more quickly than at a larger company

      Not for someone who is looking for a easy ride Training is generally not a formal process, so you have to be someone who enjoys digging in and asking questions
