Coworkers- alot of major holidays off with the certain accounts.

Cons

You get paid semi monthly, no sick pay, very strict occurrence point system. Even if you bring doctors note, you still get an occurrence. Very low pay. Managers live listening to almost every call.Management retaliates alot and provided minimal Support to employees. Alot of passive aggressiveness. High turnover rate. They make it hard for your to transfer to Different accounts if you have a desire ti change career.
